PANDAN WAFFLE

Serves ~4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 ½  cup rice flour

  • ½ cup tapioca starch

  • ½ cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 2 egg

  • ½ cup sugar 

  • 1 ½  cup coconut milk 

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Pandan extract

  • Green food coloring

  • Oil spray

 

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients/ wet ingredients together in separate bowls. Add together and mix well.

  2. Add enough waffle batter to cover waffle iron, close and let it cook.
