Date of Event: 11/17/22 Number of Participants: 100 Program Purpose: To raise money for GC and for our CPP. Use of Resources: Reached out to Donors for baked goods and also baked our own goods as well. We had a graphic shared to gain traction within our members and also people on ULs campus. Amount fundraised: $452
What efforts were used to motivate and involve the organization's members?
We reposted our graphic and reached out to our families within VSOUL and other friends to come out and support, and we let our interns help us run the event as well.
How did the organization overcome any challenges that arose while planning and implementing the event?
We had to plan early enough to make sure that the bake sale happened during a good time while dealing with bad weather conditions. We also did pay to punish, and had to clean off inside of campus buildings to make things work.
