The Gulf Coast Awards (GCAs) was created in 2016 to honor and celebrate the accomplishments of the Vietnamese Student Associations within the Gulf Coast region. Each of the categories were chosen with careful consideration based on their relevance and importance to the VSA community. We believe that each and every category recognized is a valuable aspect of VSA. It is with this emphasis that we can help steer our organizations in the right direction to become strong VSAs. The awards are presented at our end of the year banquet in which VSA Executive Board members, both incoming and outgoing, and their general members are invited to eat, mix and mingle, witness live entertainment, and celebrate their collective accomplishments from the year.
