Culture Cooking Night (CCN) was establish in early 2018 and is headed by the Culinary Cabinet staff of UVSA Gulf Coast. The best way to someone’s heart is their stomach! CCN was establish in order to spread awareness of asian cultures via cuisine. During each CCN, participants are able to experience hands-on learning while following along with a cooking instructor and learning about the individual history of each dish. Several opportunities to attend CCN are offered through the Fall and Spring semesters.
