1 Small Ginger
1 Cup Mushrooms
5 Green Onions
Shao Xing Cooking Wine

Preparation
Filling Mixture
Mince the carrots, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and green onions.
Mix all the vegetables together with the eggs and ground pork into mixing bowl.
Pour in 1/4 cup of Shao Xing cooking wine, 1/4 cup of Maggi seasoning salt, and 1 tsp of salt.
Mix by hand as needed.
Putting It Together
Take a teaspoon of dumpling filling mixture and place in the center of 1 dumpling wrap.
Wet the edge of the wrap with water and fold the edges inwards.
Fold flaps and shape the dumpling however you desire, and then place into the “raw” tray.
Place a coffee filter paper and the 2 leaves of cabbage in the steamer.
Once enough dumplings have been folded, place the dumplings into the steamer on top of the coffee filter and cabbage leaves. Steam for approximately 13 minutes.
Take out and place on “cooked” tray with sauce.
Sauce
Pour Shao Xing cooking wine and Maggi seasoning salt into sauce bowl together.
Adjust levels of cooking win and/or seasoning salt based on your personal preference.
