Why do you want to be on the Executive Board for UVSA Gulf Coast?

I see this to be a great opportunity for me to help out the gulf coast area and to help improve the connections between all of the VSAs.

What makes you a qualified candidate for this position? 

I feel my skills are well-suited for this position because as the current secretary for VSA-LSU, I draft and send out the emails for necessary information, such as upcoming events and community service opportunities, all in a timely manner. Also, I believe that my extroverted personality makes me a great candidate as it shows that I'm not afraid to reach out to others for any guidance or help when needed.

What is your vision for this position, as well as for UVSA Gulf Coast?

I expect that this position should follow a strict but also lenient schedule, as the secretary should send out/respond back to emails within a timely manner. The secretary should have great communication with the rest of the executive board as well as great organization skills. As for UVSA Gulf Coast, I expect the organization to be a gentle and caring hub for all of the VSAs in the area, to culture a nice intertwined community.
