The VSOUL Bake Sale was a whirlwind of success, a prelude to the anticipated Golden Lotus night of revelry and chance. As the aroma of freshly baked treats wafted through the air, eager participants lined up, their appetites as voracious as their enthusiasm to contribute. Vsoul, with its delectable offerings and dedicated members, witnessed a remarkable sell-out, a testament to their culinary prowess and the community's unwavering support. Beyond just indulging in sweets, this event exemplified the spirit of camaraderie and shared purpose, where general members rallied alongside Vsoul to ensure its triumph, reinforcing bonds that would carry over into the festivities of Golden Lotus.
What efforts were used to motivate and involve the organization's members?
We had a few members involved in baking the brownies and a lot of general members selling the baked goods. Some of the methods used to sell to the customers was funny and hilarious.
How did the organization overcome any challenges that arose while planning and implementing the event?
The biggest challenge to overcome was the baking of the brownies part. They had to be backed before an bagged and made sure they are fresh before the setup.
